Rude unprofessional, no empathy at allAfter going here for almost a decade, I will never be back.

Dr. Costley office is efficient and kind. I almost always get prompt service. On the few occasions where I had to wait, it was due to her having to take care of emergencies. I appreciate the fact that when I have an emergency, I always get a call back within a reasonable time frame and get the comfort of knowing that my problem will be resolved by either a telephone call or in patient appointment.

Dr. Costley and her office staff are amazingly compassionate and go above and beyond to meet the medical needs of all our family members. Dr. Costley is more than just a medical provider. Unlike many healthcare professionals who tend to move through consults with record speed, Dr. Costley listens "with both ears" and makes an extra effort to truly understand her patients' concerns. Her referrals to specialists are likewise to be commended. Truly a 5-star professional!

This Dr is truly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had the misfortune of having as a PCP. She is uncaring, unsympathetic with away of not listening to her patients and talking down to us as if we’re morons, I waited for over an hour in the exam room while she was laughing and joking with the other patient ...knowing that I was waiting. I was so disgusted by her rudeness I walked out and called my insurance to make sure I change PCP and make sure she doesn’t bill my insurance.

FURTHERMORE WHEREAS SOME DOCTOR'S IGNORE YOUR NEEDS DR. COSTLEY ADDRESSES EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT DR. COSTLEY IS AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL. FURTHERMORE, IF YOUR CONDITION NEEDS FURTHER ATTENTION DR. COSTLEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONNECT YOU TO A FANTASTIC SPECIALIST.

Not flexible. Must be her way or no way. Does not like to work with other Dr.s in your overall healthcare. Felt she did not get reimbursed enough for the amount of time needed to coordinate my care. I had many health issues. She actually stopped communicating, not renewing my prescriptions (3 vital ones). Did not respond to my cardiologists requests, or my insurance company. As a result, I had suffered frm sudden withdrawal of medications. First Do no harm!!!!

if anyone is looking for a doctor with a friendly atmosphere awesome staff very friendy and out-going go to this office , dr. costley is very sweet and takes her job very serious and takes her time with her patients , she also has a great sence of humor which is great because some doc that i been to where just bla. wait time is great , blood draw ekg she and her staff does it all . thank you dr. for everything

I WAS IN SEARCH OF A MEDICAL PROVIDER FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND MY FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT DR. COSTLEY. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HER AND WAS PLACED ON THE SCHEDULE BY HER FRIENDLY STAFF. I MET DR. COSTLEY AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONNECTED WITH HER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AS A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AS SHE TAKES THE TIME TO SERIOUSLY LISTEN AND DIAGNOSE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS.

If anyone is looking for a loving caring highly professional doctor with a loving and professional staff I highly recommend Dr Sandra costley.I have been a patient of hers for quite a few years now and would not leave her for anyone else. The atmosphere is amazin clean n well kept. Once you meet her youll know what I mean.God bless Dr's like her.

Dr. Costley has been my Dr for approximately two to three years now she' always there for me and diagnoses me the right way she was there for me when I was in the hospital she always takes time to call me and check up on me all appointments are called and text the night before the staff there is absolutely amazing I wish I met her a long time ago when I was misdiagnosed since she's been my doctor a much healthier I recommend her not only as a doctor but that's a friend.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Costley's office. She was very thorough, friendly and really took the time to diagnose me. I had a very easy time scheduling my appointment and when I went to the office I had minimal wait time. The staff Barbara and Charles were both very friendly and made the office visit very easy. I like the fact the Dr Costley drew my blood right in the office and didn't send me out to get it done somewhere else. I definitely recommend this office.

This doctor is knowledgeable and takes the time and effort to thoroughly diagnosis the patient. I was very impressed by her ability to diagnosis my problems and patiently answer all my concerns. I would highly recommend this doctor and her staff is also efficient and very friendly. The office is also located at a central easily reachable location.

As my primary Physican Dr. Costley is the finest thus far. She takes her time to listen, then checks and directs/recommends treatments and options of which, in each instance have accomplished the sought results. Of my many previous experiences Dr. Costley consistently shows a depth and breath of knowledge, professionalism and care presented clearly. Dr. Sandra Costley is an asset to the medical profession .

Unprofessional and unethical.

I'd put ZERO stars if I could just due to fact that the office staff is inept & unprofessional. A female supervisor put me on hold over 10 minutes, hung up, & got snippy when I called back. They double billed me for co pays & cannot help clear it up. The supervisor screamed at me over the phone & told me to come in then hung up

Dr Costley just does not make you feel that she cares. It really feels like it is just her job. One particular member of her staff, a man at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. Without a doubt I will change doctors
