Not impressed

She was assigned to me on hospital visit, she entered wrong date for start of my blood pressure meds delaying them 1 day, at the time my BP was very high. Prescribed acetaminophen every 6 hrs when usual dosage is 4 hrs resulting in headache continuing. Told me she was prescribing antibiotic on my discharge. Was not in discharge papers & nurse had to find her.
