She was very professional explained everything to me you really cared

In 2009 I found a lump, and Sandra did a lumpectomy. After it healed a bit I went back and said I believe it’s the original lump I can still feel. She said it was scar tissue. For the next 3 years, every six months we would check it and I would say it was the original lump and getting bigger. She would argue it’s scar tissue and getting smaller. In 2012, and now being able to see the lump through my breast, it was determined she actually took out healthy breast tissue leaving a cancerous tumor in my body for three years. Her bedside manner is the absolute worst. People make mistakes. She had little remorse. And continued to be defensive. I’d highly recommend staying away from her care. I am not the first and won’t be the last. Her license should be revoked. Had she listened the treatment course would have been different.

Dr. Taylor performed a planned surgery on me recently. She went above and beyond to get all my issues taken care of which resulted in an 8 hour surgery. Thanks so much to Dr. Taylor and staff, I’m grateful for having her as my surgeon. She takes her time to talk with you and explains everything. Great bedside manner

Belittles patients and their concerns. Disregards patients honest comments and concerns regarding post-surgery recovery as unreasonable and that patient's expectations are unreasonable. Accused patient of having "anger issues" when complained about post surgery scarring, and suggested patient should instead be grateful she even provided the service at all. Left with feeling that the doctor cared more about her :feelings" than patients' condition. Would recommend office, but not surgeon.

She is fantastic thorough doctor and skilled surgeon.
