Lacks compassion
Having compassion is a requirement especially of a cancer doctor and Dr. Niyongere is lacking. She may know her stuff and but knowing the manner in which to deliver news when last resort treatment isn’t working is another. Her approach (or lack thereof) doesn’t work and her willingness (unbelievably!) to pick a fight doesn’t either. That is a fail!
