Disappointing
I left dr Illmudeen as a pediatric patient when she prescribed medications that worsened my mental health and refused to listen to me or my parents. I returned years later hoping as an adult she would be more understanding and it was the same lack of care or understanding. She made me extremely uncomfortable and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. She was more worried about doing more tests and questioning previous doctors. I would never recommend her. Not even for a common cold.

Qualified - Conscientious Care
She has been my PCP for at least 10 years as of Aug., 2022. In those years l've come to know her as a "By the Insurance Requirements" physician. I (DO NOT) AGREE WITH INSURANCE COMPANY POLICIES!!!! l DO NOT get a flu shot, pneumonia shot, or COVID shot!!! I DO NOT think l need a Mammogram every 2 years!!! X-rays are NOT good for people!! She stated to me, during an office visit, the Insurance Company states she IS NOT doing her job when I REFUSE these requirements. As if l have NO RIGHT to decline. Dr. Ilmudeen is kind, considerate of my beliefs in afore mentioned areas, compassionate, and hard working. She has the best office personnel, as well as nursing assistants in her office. They go above and beyond taking care of the patient. I, personally, have had NOTHING but the BEST OF CARE!!!!

Dr. Ilmudeen attended the North Colombo Medical College in Sri-Lanka where she majored in biology.  In 2002, she completed her Family Practice residency at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois.  Dr. Ilmudeen is a member of the American Medical Association and the Association of American Family Physicians.
