The doctor is great 5 stars, the receptionist needs to work on her people skills 1 star. I walked into this doctors office for the first time and I'm met by a receptionist with an attitude who doesn't wan't to do her job (verify benefits, call for pre authorizations & be nice to clients).

An office without the ability to view an X-ray should have been a red flag. A wrist flashing a diamond crusted watch should have been a red flag. An ego that he can solve anything foot related where all others have failed should have been a red flag. But after more than a dozen expensive injections that did nothing to correct my foot pain - massive disappointment, a colossal waste of time and another year where ever step is a painful step.
