As dismissive as everyone says she is and she’s been doing this for over twenty years

My son was in the ER with constipation and tummy troubles (he’s 11 years old). My first mistake was going to FL hospital where they admitted him to the hospital and gave me no other option to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Bhargava was the only doctor to see him and again no other option. She was very concerned that my sons condition was awful. She diagnosed him with Crones disease and when I suggested that I wanted a 2nd opinion she eluded as did the staff at the hospital that DCF would be called for failure to follow this doctors orders! As a concerned parent I have every right to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion on my child’s health. Dr B also was negative about my sons condition and was always saying this needed to be addressed now and she was the only one to do it. Please research her and do your part in assuring you get the best care for your child. I am quite disappointed with her and her diagnosis.

Wait to see dr. is 1+ hr each time! (Once 2.5 hrs!) Dr. Bhargava has no bedside manner. She seems frustrated to answer questions. After months and many tests she just gave up on trying to diagnose my child. Said it must be all stress and mental!! After our own research we discovers the diagnosis on our own! Very frustrating for a kid to hear they are making up their medical problems. Stay away from this doctor and find a caring one that won't give up so easily.

I found Dr. Bhargava to have a great bedside manner with my daughter and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Her conservative approach is appreciated in stead of sending us for all kinds of unnecessary tests.

Not a very warm experience. Felt like our time was up and Doc needed to move on to next patient. Not sure if Doc's personality is suited for kids... very robotic and clinical. Could not find the cause of the problem to our issue and left us very little options. Doc is definitely very bright, but if the diagnostic tests don't show anything, there is no deeper research or thinking. Felt like the doc quickly gave up. There was no follow up to see how our child was doing.

She was so rude and as a fellow physician, I was shocked. I will never go again nor would I ever recommend her.

Dr. Bhargava is the second Dr. to treat my child. I went to her after a failed attempt at diagnosis with another Dr. My first appointment with her really demonstrated that she is the right Dr. for us. Before the first appointment the office worked with me to get all my child's medical records from her previous gastro, her pediatrician and the hospital. On the first appointment she had already reviewed all my my child's records and asked us to tell our story in our own words.

Excellent
