Dr. Sangeeta Kapoor, MD

Very poor billing service. I received a bill in Jan for a service done in November. I paid the bill in April and continued to receive bills. I contacted the billing service in July to inform them that the bill had already been paid and they requested a statement from the bank. I obtained a copy of the check used to pay the bill and called billing again that day they said their system was down so they then provided me an email. I emailed them informing them that I had proof of the paid bill and no one ever replied. I called them again the next week and this time they informed me that they were no longer handling billing for Dr. Kapoor. I then emailed them several times after and still no reply. Hours later I receive a statement from a collection service for this said bill in the mail. I have still yet to be contacted with someone in regards to this bill
