Terrible visit
Dr. Serrao doesn’t listen, cut you off mid sentence. Treats women terribly. Do not recommend.

Ken Simpson
I don't understand some of these negative reviews. I find Dr Serrao engaged and patient. He takes time to explain other specialists findings. If I need something between appointments I can write him on MyChart and always get a response within 24 hours. His office Staff from front desk to PA are top shelf. I'm glad he's my doctor.

Does not seem to care about patients
Each time I call to see Doctor I get offered a tele-med session. Real visits are rare and the only thing the staff does s take blood labs. There is no such thing as a physical anymore. The only thing this Doctor seems to care about is money.

Dr Serrao is very thorough with his questions during my visits to determine what treatment is needed. He listens carefully and shows compassion for my medical situations. His office staff is also very friendly and efficient.

I really love the level of care from Dr. Serrao. He's very interested it helping me feel better. Great at explaining what's going with my health. Gives me time to ask questions and answers them honestly. I've recommended him to several of my colleagues and will keep doing so.

He does not listen to patients, insists they do AS HE SAYS, period. You are not to question anything he tells you. He pushes all vaccines, every visit, calls you names (called me pig-headed) if you balk at anything he recommends. He doesn't know the latest information on health issues. He refuses to prescribe pain meds when desperately needed-just says go to a pain clinic, but he wants you to only go where HE wants you to go, refers EVERYTHING, has God Complex, arrogant and self-important.

He has been the most caring physician I have ever met. He spends the time to actually listen to his patients and is very direct with his diagnosis and opinion. He will take as much time as necessary to explain his thoughts and reasonings, and in such a way that you can understand. I will go to no other doctor, unless I absolutely have to.

I STRONGLY suggest you do NOT see this physician for a thyroid problem. After the test results came back and my TSH levels we extremely elevated he refused to increase my dosage of levothyroxin. He was belligerent and very disrectful and told me my symptoms were not thyroid related they were due to FIBROLYALGIA. IF YOU ARE SEEING HIM FOR THYROID PROBLEMS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST, I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!
