I've been coming to this clinic for a while, and every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Kumar is thorough, patient, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. He explains everything clearly and ensures I understand my treatment options. The staff is welcoming and efficient, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. I never feel rushed, and I appreciate the level of attention I am provided with. The clinic is clean and comfortable, and I always leave feeling well-cared for.

I found him by pure luck! While I was googling. I called the office the staff was polite and professional set my appt for my first visit immediately. I went to the office I was worried that they wouldn’t accept my insurance but they did! I wanted a tubal reversal and they did it. The entire process was a breeze and the staff were so attentive to my needs and answered all of my many questions; without making me feel like a nuisance or feel they were just brushing me off. Dr Kumar as well he actually LISTENED to me unlike most Doctors they just brush you off. Today I had my procedure done and when I tell you any anxiety I may have felt Dr Kumar and his staff cleared it out instantly. I most definitely will continue to come here once I’ve conceived (not trying until after 3 months of healing). THANK YOU DR KUMAR AND STAFF!

Great surgeon had best experience

At the age of 60, when Ovarian cancer emerged as a terminating threat, God showed me Dr. Kumar as my saviour. His well crafted surgical hands completely eradicated my cancerous tumour that had spread all over through Histerectomy and the subsequent debulking! Here I am healthy ,fully cured with literally no post op complications. My gratitude to this most efficient surgeon knew no bounds and words are too small to express it. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with a cancer last year. It was a devastating time for our family. We visited couple of oncologists before starting the treatment and Dr. Kumar's name came up as the best gyn-oncosurgeon in the town. We were a bit skeptical initially but when we met him we didn't have a second thought. Dr. Kumar was very honest and upfront about the condition, treatment plan and prognosis. One can see empathy and compassion in his eyes. His management plan was spot-on. The surgery was a big success and my mother-in-law's cancer markers are now in normal range. His office worked in tandem with the oncologist to help us in every way possible. He let the oncologist manage the chemotherapy and pain management without overstepping the boundaries. No words will ever be enough to thank him for the care he provided. May God bless him. I will highly recommend him.

He treats patients like "billable units." He brought in a room full of people during the exam like it was a show. Didn't explain any procedures or their possible costs. And then billed $2500 for "surgery" while the visit was only for a routine checkup. Avoid this one

I have been a patient of Kumar for 6 years he has been treating me though out my cancer treatment I went into the office for an appointment about my health he and NP-C came in the not about to talk about my health it was about me speaking on my review I gave them His NP-C is Rude!! I don’t know why she was in the Room on my visit she doesn’t know my health history i have been through Radiation, chemotherapy my body is not the same anymore I still have pain to my body every day I’m suffering because he’s listening to her and his patients so people think before choosing this clinic because that’s all it is I will not return to this establishment ever again nor will my family or friends as long as she’s there

I wouldn't give this place any stars if it were an option. I waited two hours for each of the appointments I had here. Clearly they are not well-organized and do not respect their patient's time. However, the most upsetting part about my experience is that after the doctor put me on two different medications, I had a question regarding them. I called every day for almost two full weeks to try to speak to a nurse or a doctor, without any luck. The front desk would transfer me to the "nurse's station." They never answered, and their voicemail was full. I emailed the office to see if I could speak with a doctor or nurse, and I never heard back. I left a message with the front desk to have someone call me when they had time, but again, I never heard from them. This behavior, not prioritizing patients when you have them on a treatment plan, is pure negligence on the doctor's part. I have never felt less cared for by a doctor than with this clinic.

Excellent bedside manner, very pragmatic/logical, calm. Very skilled in the latest in medical technology. I am sorry he no longer practices in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
