Dr. V was very professional in appearance. He spoke clearly and used non-medical terms so it was easy to understand him. He was also pompous, condescending and a bit rude, however. While my husband, the patient, was speaking, Dr. V continued to type on his computer and print out things saying "Uh huh" periodically, exhibiting no interest. He addressed most of his comments to me and made little eye contact with my husband. He was not empathetic. We got the impression we were wasting his time.
