Qualified, personable, good listener
In my first (and, so far, only) meeting with my new Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kasi came across as very qualified, personable and a good listener. She turned her terminal screen around and brought it close so we could both review my medical records at the same time, and paid enough attention to some personal details, which I'd shared earlier, to bring them up later in our meeting.Some needed follow up testing was put in the system same day. Her Medical Assistant is also very personable, and efficient.
