Best Doctor I Ever Had
Patient focused, answers all my questions and asks if I have additional concerns. She is friendly and interested in my healthcare and helps me plan for my future. Very competent and caring. Been my MD for over 5 years.

Unfriendly and inefficient
Saw her maybe twice, never went back because her demeanor was arrogant and belittling. Messed up my referrals twice, prolonging the process for me to get it and have what I needed done. Horrible experience for me.

Bad mood - not caring
Shen walked in the room and you could tell she was already in bad mood. She did not greet me, did not say hello or ask me h ow I was feeling. She went right to review my blood test results and told me that my Cholesterol was worst off and asked me if she wanted me to write prescription for statins or if I wanted to see a Cardiologist. I told her last year that she did write me recommendation for CT scan and she argue with me - said she did not, and I said she did and i can give her paperwork. She then continue to talk over me - i asked to her stop as I was not finished talking yet. She was rude, very dismissive and did not care at all about my health. The staff was friendly but she was absolutely not- very rude. Basically I would have been better off talking to AI chat box.

Disappointed
There is a script that Dr. Mahmood follows and I believe there is a limited time arranged to spend with patients. Since OPTUM is in charge now she follows the script provided. On top of this she is rude! She is young and so I believe she has to change this behavior. When you deal with the public, one has to be warm or pretend. When dealing with health issues of patients a doctor should not be rude and condescending. She has time to improve, but don’t take too long.

Dismissive
She is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She constantly talks over you, is dismissive of your concerns, and overall very disrespectful. I voiced my concerns about how she spoke to me and although she apologized, she went right back to to talking over me and not listening at the next appointment. It's impossible to get medial care from someone that doesn't listen to what you have to say about your heath.

Worst Physician at Optum
This physician is undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced in my 20 year history of being a patient at Health Care Partners, which is now Optum. She is not caring, extremely rude, apathetic, sarcastic, and egregiously unprofessional. I will be filing a grievance on Dr. Mahmood with my insurance, as I was completely disgusted with my interaction with her.

Does Not Care About Her Patients
Why become a doctor if you seem so bothered by questions or by people in general? She is always in a hurry and is very dismissive. I shouldn’t feel scared or nervous to ask a question about my health to a DOCTOR.

She Is Terrible
For two years I have been affected with ankle ulcers caused from DVT and PAD. Both times Dr. Mahmood sent me to wound care, who did absolutely nothing but put band aids on my ulcers. I was the one who determined I needed to see Cardiology for peripheral artery disease. I did my own research, she would have never recommended me. She doesn't like when you ask questions and she makes her answers very short with little explanation.
