Dr. Sapanjot Bajwa, DO

I was 37, pregnant with my first child, and considered high-risk. One morning, I woke up with concerning symptoms—bleeding, cramps, and mucus. Terrified, I followed my OB’s advice and went to the ER, hoping to receive the care I needed. However, my interaction with Dr. Bajwa raised serious questions about her approach to patient care.She saw me briefly, and while she briefly monitored my baby’s heartbeat, her examination was rushed and dismissive. She had shoved her hand into me aggressively twice to check to see if my cervix was dilated to quickly say “you’re closed” and toss her gloves away. When I expressed my concerns, particularly about the bloody mucus, she disregarded them. She seemed to make a snap judgment that my issue was constipation, even though I was frightened and believed something more serious was happening. She refused to contact my OB and instead told me to visit the hospital where my OB delivers. Even though I insisted this is where my OB had sent me during my pre
