Dr. Vasudevan is very thorough; she takes her time when you are there, and takes times to call back if necessary. She is a very nice person, and a great doctor.

She is not a doctor but a logistics manager, really; that is, she has no expertise and just re-routs you to a specialist EVERY TIME. If that is what you want - go to her, she will do you good. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Always seen within minutes of arriving. Dr. Vasudevan has superior intellect and will track down your history, order very thorough testing, and diagnose your issues. She has treated another family female. She is very pleasant, but if you want to talk about the weather or what you did on your summer vacation, she’s not for you. I desire testing and no nonsense results interpretations in my effort to beat hypothyroidism. She personally called me within 24 hours of my blood testing with her concerns. Her nurse, Kim, is a top notch and has always taken my calls and fulfilled my requests. Read Less

This women shouldn't be in the medical field. She gives you a laundry list of tests to take. I was there for an under active thyroid, but she was making me take tests I didn't want. She is nasty and told me to find another PC, because I didn't want to take all these tests. I have been on thyroid medicine for over 20 years so I wasn't new to my problem. I just needed my med for my thyroid. Don't I have the right to turn down tests.

Dr Vasudevan is curt and does not let you ask questions until she finishes. No bed side manner. Be aware that if you go to Mt Lebanon group, you can not switch PCP even if u get someone you don’t relate to. They tell u if u don’t like it go to a different group. The hell with the Dr patient relationship. Beware of this!!!!!

If you want a no nonsense doctor who is detailed, attentive and an excellent diagnostician then Dr Vasudevan will meet your needs. She doesn't waste your time with idle chit chat, but her time is spent on concentrating on your health and how she can help you.
I do not go to the doctor for a social call.
It is a business visit to me, my health is serious business and I appreciate my doctor with that mindset. 5 stars isn't enough for her in my experience.

Terrible doctor. Threw prescriptions at me. Ordered a mammogram when I had a broken shoulder surgically repaired and was under the surgeon's orders to not move arm. HOW WAS A MAMMOGRAM POSSIBLE. Does not listen, threw a temper tantrum when I said I didn't want to do a colonoscopy and threw a home kit at me. Wanted to schedule elective surgery, when I wasn't recovered from shoulder surgery. Asked me about migraines when I never had a migraine in my life. Told me get test hospital did.

If we could give a zero or minus we would. She doesn't listen and orders unnecessary tests. She is also hard to understand and doesn't return messages with useful information. Terrible because otherwise the clinic is great.

She is extremely easy to talk to and approachable. I have severe anxiety with going to doctors and she puts me at ease. She is very quick with getting scripts out for testing and does not miss a beat.

Has not listened to me and seems to just stare at me and say I need a specialist when I have questions. Been sick for about a year. Instead of investigating why, I was sent to a Dr to check on why I was short of breath. I was misdiagnosed with asthma instead of the severe anemia have which caused me to need a blood transfusion. When I ask how long till im feeling better, Im told I need to see a specialist and come back in 2 months. I had to Google for the info. If I had space I would say more.

Horrible PCP. Refuses to handle simple chronic health issues, like an underactive thyroid. Refuses to help sleep problems. Waste of money and time. Don't bother unless you are a perfectly healthy 21 year old.

Dr. Vasudevan is a nice woman who provides a thorough examiniation. The only issue with her is that she is not a great listener or helpful when you disclose things to her i.e saying I am depressed, no offer of what do do, a therapist to see, etc.
