I saw Dr Divall this past July in regards to my thyroid. I had symptoms of it being hard to breathe and I could tell my thyroid was abnormally large. After being on the waiting list for 6 months I had my appointment with Dr Divall. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. She pushed me away and told me my symptoms were in my head. And that I need counseling to deal with the symptoms. She was rude and judgmental. She wouldn’t even consider a follow up appointment. I saw an ENT through a different medical group and have since had my thyroid removed. The surgeon said my thyroid was three times regular size and was wrapping around my windpipe. Goes to show the difference in a doctor who actually listens to you. Would not recommend doctor Divall.

My son and I liked Dr. Divall as she was straightforward and kind and simplified her explanations. She took time with us and made herself available. She also rang me up for a follow-up discussion that was helpful.
