Dr. Gerhards is amazing! Her heart is so big, she gives her all for her patients. My husband and I had a complication with our first baby and she stayed all night at the hospital with us....who does that?! She has delivered two of my babies and both times gave her all. You are lucky to have her as your OB.

I saw her/her office for 12 years. I saw her as soon as she joined and I had 3 pregnancies (2 live births) with her. She has recently refused to see me, then sent me and other health care professionals a certified letter in which she lied about what happened on a phone call with her nurse. She never called to speak with me but felt confident enough to repeat lies to my other doctors, insurance, and who knows who else. Her office refused to speak to me when I called them after sending the certified letter. I cannot say the levels of violation that have happened. She said it was due to insurance but I had already checked and they said the insurance was fine. Before the letter I thought maybe she didn't want to see someone for things unrelated to pregnancy. They just can't keep their story straight. I could never trust their office again.

Sara is very intelligent and thorough in her exams and has a wonderful gentle way of explaining things. She has amazing warmth and gives you 100% attention, using eye contact, during each visit. When I leave her I always want to give her a hug; she's just that awesome. Highly recommend Dr. Gerhards.
