Nasty attitude and acts like its an inconvenience to take care of you or explain something to you, horrible horrible horrible. Has only been my dr through telehealth and she genuinely does not care for you. Disappointing.

I've been going to Dr Lubitz for several years now, because my prostate gland stopped working after having radiation treatment, years ago. I felt really bad when I first came to see Dr Lubitz and now I feel great. She's a super doctor. A great listener, caring and very knowledgeable. She's made my life so much better. I highly recommend her!

Dr Lubitz is a very caring and understanding doctor. Her bedside manner is warm and heartfelt. Dr Lubitz takes her time with each patient and explains everything to you! I truly wish I could find a doctor like her in every field!

In October, being diagnosed with yet another autoimmune disorder, I decided that maybe an endocrinologist could help me with all my symptoms. I spent hours researching and calling different offices before making an appointment with Dr. Lubitz. The appointment was made for Monday, March 7, 2022. I was on vacation in Florida when I missed a call on February 28th and received a voicemail from the office that they were canceling my appt. I called back to reschedule and waited two days from a callback from someone telling me that I could not get a new appointment until September! I explained that I really needed to see a doctor sooner and it wasn't I who canceled. She told me that it didn't matter... did I want an appointment six months from now. I hung up the phone.

Dr. Lubitz is understanding and empathetic. She will listen to your concerns, and address each one. I have been to many endocrinologists during the past 16 years, and she is by far one of the BESTs!

Dr Lubitz is the best so far I met with a lot of care, good listening and explanation quality. One word for her.. the best.

Dr Lubitz is very patient and helpful. She explains everything clearly and is very easy to reach and follow up with.

Dr. Lubitz is an excellent physician and really cares for her patients. Unfortunately, because of her many specialties she is highly sought after and wait times for appointments can be long. RWJ is a teaching facility and as such, Dr. Lubitz is responsible for the interns as well and the office could do a better job preparing the first time patient for how the office visit works, as you see intern dr. first and then Dr. Lubitz. Rest assured, Dr. Lubitz will answer all your questions and concerns. Just like any other physician office wait times can vary, emergencies happen, just prepare yourself and bring a good book.

I was suffering from an excessive thirst issue for more than 2 years and the cause was never identified even after numerous doctors’ visit. Finally, I have visited Dr.Lubitz. She had done a very detailed analysis of my symptoms and labwork and identified not only my health condition, but also the root cause of that condition. She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. She explains all the lab results personally. I found her very committed toward her patients and her staff is also very friendly. She turned out to be an angel for me. I wish there are more doctors like her. God bless her!

Dr. Lubitz is extremely knowledgeable and passionate towards her field. I trust her medical advice completely. She is compassionate and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. She gives 100% in everything she does. She genuinely cares and listens to your concerns. She is an expert in her field. Dr. Lubitz is always available by email and she will answer you within the day with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend her & would never change physicians.

Have had my appointment times changed without consulting with me after they've been scheduled at least 3 months ahead. Last appointment I had was scheduled for 4 pm and I wasn't seen until 6 pm and still kept waiting.
