Danger!
Dr. Mahoney was totally inappropriate. She did not introduce herself or acknowledge the patient. who is medically complex, non-verbal individual, and legally blind. She did not ask any medical history or ask why we were there. She spent about 2 seconds looking at each eye with a light and said everything was good, then left the room. Her only concern was her focus on surgery the next day.

Professional and Highly Skilled Physician
Dr. Mahony is thorough, courteous and her explanations are very helpful. She diagnosed my condition when several other doctors had failed to recognize it. The treatment she initiated had a profound effect on my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Mahony. We are blessed to have her in our community

Called the office on 9/6- 9/14 - 9/16 and today is 9/22. I emailed the Doctor through follow my health, twice. I have yet to hear from anyone (nor has the pharmacy)in regards to the drops I have to use in order not to lose my vision. This is a medication I have been on for years. When I called the office the woman who answered said “I have nothing to do with that, the best I can do is leave a message” Ridiculous.

Rude and uncaring
After waiting more than 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I was made to feel as if my visual concerns were of no importance and I should just continue to use lubricating eye drops when they did nothing to help with my blurred vision. She did no testing to see how severe my dry eye was but did offer to put in temporary plugs (in 4-5 weeks) but said I should call my insurance company to see if they cover the procedure. I thought that was her staffs responsibility? The insurance company is not going to approve a procedure without a doctors diagnosis. Just because my problem was not as severe as most of her patients, does not mean it's not serious to me. Reading and driving has become very uncomfortable when it feels like your looking underwater. Shame on this doctor for treating a senior citizen so rudely.
