I would not recommend this doctor

Terrible! I would NOT recommend to anyone. I called to express concern regarding info in my file being incorrect and that way a PA handled a situation. They asked if I would like to find another doctor. I told them no, I was just calling to express concerns and asked for the name of the person I was speaking to, they hung up on me. Months went by since then, and I became very ill. I called and left a message. Received a call back from Morgan and I was notified that they terminated the doctor patient relationship. I was confused, asked why, and why I wasn’t notified. They said a letter was sent. It turns out they did send a letter to the wrong address. I asked Morgan if she could refer me to another doctor or if I could get a number to call. She said no but she could send me out a letter to the correct address. Very unprofessional! It’s scary that people with this type of demeanor work in the healthcare profession. Dr. nice, but rarely deal with her. Office staff terrible!

Every time I go to her for a check up, she is so personable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sara White is professional, knowledge, thorough and solved my health issues that had troubled me for years on the very first visit. Using the teleportal is a great option since I live almost an hour away. Refills and nurse call backs, email responses in the portal are fast & efficiently done. The office is comfortable, the staff & all the providers at both Union and Transit road are very friendly. I highly recommend this doctor and the entire medical group. The North Union site offers many specialists and I like this much better than the old lifetime health that I used to go to. It takes a lot to get me into Dr after so many years of drug & physical therapy trials, and not seeing results. This medical group has restored my faith in conventional medicine again.

This Dr is truly on of the best .the love and concern she has for patients is beyond .my leg was swollen to bad went to emergency room.they call and told them.i be coming.after week.my leg still swollen.they video chat me.and gave me new medication.wow my leg and going down.i couldn't sk for a better Dr.or the staff that so caring.if I could recommend any Dr it would be this dr.and her staff never have attitude.they so professional.thank God for them

I really like Dr. White. She’s been so supportive through my breast cancer diagnosis and is very sincere. We always have great discussions and she is never condescending. I’m really shocked by some of the negative reviews but I think she is excellent! I highly recommend her!

Best experience I've had at a doctor in years. She took time with me and we went over everything, including things I didn't even think of. I would definitely recommend her.

Wonderful! Dr. White is a caring doctor who actually listens to you before she begins the exam. She is very concerned about my health issues and even takes extra time when needed. We came up with a plan to improve my health and I have followed it and I am proud to say that everything is under control! Dr White also will email you after hours if you have a concern and she will also take the time to answer you with a phone call evenings/weekends. Those negative reviews are way off . She's great

Wait time 30 mins. If your looking for someone who comes off as arrogant this is the Dr. for you. I get headaches and have ppd since having my baby and she only advised to drink water when I told her I need a referral to a dietitian and psch. My husband was there and he said that she was talking too fast and should of asked us about your birth experience. She wrote things on the patient report that didnt make sense and when I asked the front desk they said shes new and makes mistakes. Never Agai

Best experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Dr White was very professional, thorough and personable. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and Dr White. I normally don’t write reviews but I saw the negative review she received and I’ve had the exact opposite visit and in a similar situation I think and I wanted to share. Sometimes the truth is hard to take and with the advice and help of Dr. White, my heath is taking priority over my pride and I’ve already seen much improvement

My experience felt very rushed & dismissive. Her bedside manner felt as if she was prejudging me based on numbers (weight, bmi). She did not offer solutions, or attempt to want to uncover the cause of my issue. She did not seem to understand the symptoms for my specific issue which is common for most doctors, but most DO/MDs admit that they dont and listen to my input. Her thoughts on my issue did not make logical sense as she did not inquire about environmental/diet choices that have impact.
