Dr. Sarada Krishnamurthy, MD

We met Dr K when my hubby had to have a stem cell transplant in SaltLake City. We were told he had 3 weeks to live. Dr K was one of our docs. We loved her. She was so good. She was caring and spent the time needed when she would check on him which was everyday. I cannot put into words how much we appreciated her. 13 years later, he is still alive. He is doing okay and we cannot thank our team of doctors which included Dr K. There were lots of bumps in the road but they were resolved and Dr K was always there to try to figure it out… Thank you Dr K. M Woodward

I can not properly put on paper how much respect and admiration I have for DR K. I was a little over a year into treatment for CML and was depressed and about the progress being made. I had felt like my concerns about other medical conditions being a factor in my treatment had been ignored. Dr K was the answer to my prayers. As soon as she walked in it was obvious she had spent massive amounts of time reviewing my records. She had everything printed out for me and was 100% on target with her treatment plan. Dr K has set a standard that I seek when looking for medical care. I am a complicated patient with allot of health conditions. She has set the bar high for what I look for in my health care providers. None are equal to DR K. There is no way I express my gratitude enough as a simple person with little writing skills. But I have been blessed to have DR K as a Dr in the past and still fill even more thankfull she is still available to me as a friend years later for recommendations.

Dr Sarada Krishnamurthy is one of the most caring oncologists and an extraordinary, compassionate doctor. When my father needed medical attention in India, Dr. Krishnamurthy, despite being in the USA, carved out time to help our family find a local oncologist. Not just that, she actively followed-up with the local oncologist and us to ensure the best possible attention my father could get. My family felt supported and well-informed throughout the treatment process. We are grateful for her exceptional care which was above and beyond and made a huge difference to our family during the challenging time. We were very fortunate to be able to find her. Dr. Krishnamurthy treated my husband at LDS Hospital it Salt Lake City, Utah where he had been diagnosed with plasma cell leukemia. My husband spent weeks in the hospital due to having 2 bone marrow transplants. We saw Dr. Krishnamurthy very regularly. She made things so much better when we were going through a very scary time. She would ask to have my husband assigned to her and would check in on him all day long. She went out of her way over and over. She would even check on him when he was not assigned to her. My husband was very sick and and his body was failing due to complications from the transplant. She would often come to his room after her shift was over and just sit and cry with us. She truly made his fight against cancer easier. We were lucky to have her in our lives during that time.

Dr. Krishnamurthy treated my grandmother while working in Ashland, Kentucky. She was absolutely amazing. A true breath of fresh air. She is straight to the point and says what she thinks. She takes care of things now, not later. She is also one of the most compassionate and caring providers our family has ever encountered. Dr. Krishnamurthy helped my grandmother and our family tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone and if the need should arise for her expertise in the future, I would travel to her. My Dad was a patient of Dr. Sarada for over 2 years from his diagnosis with Advanced stage of Prostrate cancer. During this time, Dr. Sarada not only supported my Dad as a doctor, she helped support my mom and the rest of my family get through a difficult time. She helped provide my Dad with confidence to battle Cancer and also kept us updated and prepared for the worst eventuality. Until his last moment, she provided the best care possible for my Dad. She is the best!
