Literally THE best doctor I have ever seen
Telehealth
Dr. Ahmad has since left UCSF, but she was my neurologist there and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER. She is brilliant, keeps up on the medical literature, listens to her patients, and is really careful and precise when determining treatment. Her notes are quite literally the only medical notes I have ever received without errors in them, and they are detailed and clear. As one example only of how she surpasses everyone else: for decades I had doctors dismiss that I had structural changes in my jaw that had caused me headaches as a teenager, and she not only listened and believed me but ALSO sought out and confirmed on a past CT scan that I have degeneration of the bone there, which is thankfully now noted in my medical chart. She helped me with my chronic cluster headaches and post-crainiotomy headaches, and I wish she hadn't left California! Dr. Ahmad if you see this: you are SO MISSED!
