Excellent Doctor, never ever felt rushed.

I have a surgery scheduled three weeks out and Dr Digby refuses to squeeze me in for a ten minute pre-op checkup. I am an established patient and so I asked to speak to her and she refused. I am flabbergasted. She doesn’t have a schedule that allows for emergency visits or pre-ops that come up and refuses to work with the patient. I was told she said I should move the surgery back so she had more time!!! She took a hypocritical oath that binds her dedication to the sick. She is in breach of oath! DO NOT SEE THESE DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY CARE NOT ABOUT YOU BUT ONLY OF THEIR PRECIOUS TIME.

I liked Dr. Digby until she stopped taking Medicaid and didn't inform me for my very medically involved son. Leaving him with no Primary.

I have recommended Dr Digby before. Dr Digby told my husband and myself, in January 2020, to be very careful because there is a illness out there that is very dangerous. It had not been named or even acknowledged. Due to her diligence to keep us informed and healthy we have made it! We get our 2nd shot April 15th. I consider may 1st as our finish line. We will go see the kids & grandkids, of course still with masks & lots of sanitation! Can’t wait!

Didn’t listen, didn’t attend to needs, had some horrible referrals, wrote wrong script, absolutely will NOT return the pharmacy’s calls, can’t do injections, won’t write new scripts- less than worthless. Might as well burn your money- you’ll get at least a sick sense of fulfillment.

Dr. Digby is an awesome Primary Dr! She is thorough, compassionate and smart. I have recommended her to many people.

She takes time to get to you and listen to what you need. She does not push pills on you but gives you relevant medical advice to make informed decisions.

Do not go here!!!! This doctor’s office does not do anything extra for you. They will call you in to discuss a normal lab work- (which she could have discussed over the phone) and bill your insurance for an office visit and a yearly physical. My wife asked for a lab work to be ordered so that when she goes to a specialist, she have all the lab work she needs and get the treatment as soon as possible. They gave her such a hard time to get that order. She had her come in for an office visit just to order labs that she does not need. She ordered the wrong ones and when my wife called back to ask for the right lab work to be done, she refused to order them. The staff said that they dont order that kind of lab work!!!! How could you be a primary care and not be able to order labs that your patient needs??!!! Our previous PCP did not have a problem ordering these labs bc they are routinely ordered for the condition she has. This is why we are so frustrated. She already told her what to order

Dr Digby is amazing. I was very glad to have been referred to her. She listened to me and was very compassionate and caring of my needs. She provided me with exactly what i needed. Will keeo her as my new primary provider

Dr. Digby is the best of the best! I would not hesitate to recommend her. Regardless of what your ailments are ( In my case, heart diseases) she makes you feel secure and everything will be ok. That is so important to me. I am still here to talk about, against the odds. Christine C Brown-Rarick

I have had to change doctors every year, greatcobama care coverage. Dr Digby is by far the best. She obviously cares, takes time, listens and you can tell she is invested in you. The office is really great too, sparkling clean, large waiting room, large treatment rooms. The office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Love this place and highly recommend it.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Digby and am happy to report it was a stellar experience! Her friendly and professional staff made me feel like a long-time friend. Dr. Digby took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a patient. We discussed my health history and she answered all my questions about upcoming treatments. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the knowledge I gained about my treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Digby and her staff!

Efficient office staff, never a wait longer than a few minutes! I've seen different Dr.s here, all friendly and professional. Dr. Digby is my primary physician now, shes great! Very attentive and caring.

I was very disappointed that They do not draw blood for testing there. That requires another appointment at a lab. Further, getting them to answer the phone impossible. I was also sent to a specialist knowing there was a good likelihood that I would require surgery, but the surgeon said I didn't have a release from my primary care doctor to get it. Isn't that the purpose of seeing the doctor to get a referral? Yup, another Dr. visit to get that! More oney and time!!!

Very good. She's friendly as well as the staff. Last thing you want is a rude or attitude from the front desk. These girls are friendly and helpful. First line of your business is the front and on the phone. She is also a very thorough physician

Dr Digby was very professional and answered all my questions. She gave me an excellent exam and ordered blood work right there in her office. One less location for me to travel to get lab work done. Her staff were very friendly. I will be returning next month for my GYN exam.

Dr. Digby is an overall amazing Doctor. She's takes her time with my exams and makes sure to communicates with me on a human level. Due to an emergency I had, I was not able to see her right away so I was able to see another Doctor in that practice with ease. Dr. Digby made sure that Doctor knew exactly what was going on with me. I'm very satisfied.

I understand she is a teaching Doctor. I barely saw her so my review is not about her but my overall experience. I was basically lectured by the resident that was me. I was told my anxiety/depression was caused by bad spirits trying to enter my body and I needed to get right with God. This among other things were very unprofessional.

She was very prompt and made sure I understood everything. Was not rushed spent time with me. Very easy to talk to. Explained everything on a level that was understandable, not in all doctor lingo!!.

She has been my doctor for two years and I am very pleased with the services rendered.
