Unfortunately I’m disappointed in the follow up by Dr Sarah Feenstra in response to requests for the care of my mom. I believe it’s reasonable to expect requests for referrals to be signed in a timely manner. I understand she may not have time to call each patient regarding referrals, but disregarding the requests is unacceptable. Of the 3 referral requests, 2 were signed approx. 10 days later after I called U of C to follow up. We’ve not received a response regarding the 3rd referral respons.
