Dr Hessler and her team are the best! From the first call to graduating to my obgyn, Dr Hessler and her team made this difficult and challenging process as smooth as possible. We decided to do IVF on Memorial Day weekend 2023, made the call on Tuesday and got our consultation appointment a week later. And started the testing process almost immediately, on July 10th we had our first egg retrieval. Fast forward to today we are 25weeks pregnant with the embryo created that day!!Dr Hessler listened to our concerns and wishes from day one and honored them. We felt heard and understood from day one. We never had an issues making appointments or getting answers. We could not be happier with the whole Clark team! Forever thankful and we will be back when we are ready for baby #2

Dr. Hessler is an amazing doctor, and everyone at IRMS Clark is wonderful! They're very kind, helpful and will answer any questions that you send through the portal. Going through this process on my own could have been daunting, but everyone at IRMS Clark has been very supportive. Through everything (surgery, egg retrievals, etc), Dr. Hessler has always listened to my concerns and offered reassurance and/or solutions. I could not have asked for a better doctor. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I strongly endorse Dr. Sarah C. Hessler for her exceptional abilities in assisting couples with conception. Her knowledge and direct approach are truly impressive. With just one treatment, she demonstrated her expertise by successfully helping us conceive, which speaks volumes about her capabilities. I have seen numerous physicians in the past, but Dr. Hessler was able to resolve our issue rapidly and effectively. We will be forever grateful for her and her aid in bringing a gorgeous and healthy baby girl into our lives. Her team was also very caring and helpful throughout the process.

She is literally an angel for us. The day I went to see her, she promised that I will walk out pregnant from her office. It was a third transfer which was successful. I had almost given up on this IVF process, it was causing me emotional and physical trauma. But Dr.Hessler is one a human being who would rule out all possibilities but never give up on you. She had 2 different protocols and assured that one will definitely work. Her staff at Clark office is amazing. Lab techs I will specially mention are well versed with their jobs. Nurses are so quick to answer any question you have on the portal and they always said no question is a dumb question. Anyone looking to get conceived pls go and visit her. She takes time to explain and never rushes. I was never a number for her. Always greeted and asked how I am feeling even if you meet her in the hallway. Thank you SO MUCH.....

My experience with Dr. Hessler started with a teleconference which I waited on for 20 minutes before being told that she had to cancel. Then, on the day of my surgery, she was 30 minutes late getting to the office, leaving myself, the anesthesiologist, and nurses all prepped and waiting. My biggest issue, though, was that I was unable to get in touch with her for several days after my surgery to find out what exactly was done (since it was a little unclear going into it). I tried calling the number I was given, but was able to get in touch with her. I did get a call back from one of her nurses the next afternoon, but there were no notes regarding the surgery. I had also asked her whether or not I should remain on the birth control pills I needed to take for the surgery. She said she would see how everything went during the surgery and let me know afterwards, which she didn’t. I was very disappointed and frustrated and would not schedule a surgery with her again.

Dr. Hessler is the most kind and caring doctor that I have ever come into contact with. You can tell that she truly cares about each individual patient and their specific needs. She is down to earth and has a great sense of humor which is such a plus. Nurse Coordinator Jen Giordano is also the most amazing caring medial professional who always goes above and beyond for me. The ENTIRE IRMS CLARK STAFF is the best team I have ever dealt with. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Dr. Hessler and her team are absolutely amazing. I would recommend IRMS to any couple experiencing fertility challenges. Going through fertility treatments is a very difficult process, but Dr. Hessler and her team (esp. Jennifer G.) made the process much more comfortable. Dr. Hessler was very straightforward and honest with us and always remained positive and kept us confident that we would achieve the goal of having a family. After one round of IVF, I'm now 11 weeks pregnant, thanks to IRMS!
