Dr. Jacob was the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met. She spent enough time with me that showed she really cared about my well being. As a retired CEO having met many professionals, she is very close to the top of my list in listening and communicating with individuals. I am a better person for having met her!

Dr. Jacobs is very thorough, knowledgeable, so compassionate, and has explained the concerns regarding my health in layman’s terms. Her concern for me as a patient comes through every time I talk with her. I trust her and respect her.

She stitched up my daughter’s face after being attacked by a dog. ENT’s are skilled in making tiny stitches so she was called in by the ER to stitch her face. She was so kind & reassuring. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very compassionate & knowledgeable. I’m so thankful that she was there at that stressful time.

My visit with Dr. Jacob could not have been better. Dr. Jacob presented as very knowledgeable, but presented facts in a manner I could understand. Very caring and compassionate. I'm glad I found Dr. Jacob to provide my care!
