Dr. Kuo has always been professional, appropriately friendly, courteous, and caring in her treatment and personal interactions with me. She is attentive, she listens, and always demonstrates an excellent "bedside manner" that makes me feel comfortable during stressful major dental treatments. She follow-ups periodically to assess my progress on dental work that she has performed and I always feel that I am in "good hands" when I interact with her whether in the office or via phone. I have confidence in her expertise and abilities as a dentist. I was surprised on an occasion when she called me at home to check in on me after oral surgery. She was concerned about any pain I was experiencing and provided me with tips and specific instructions on home care to help alleviate pain and to heal more fully. I was so surprised because I could not recall a dentist ever doing this for a patient. I highly recommend her to others!!

Dr Kuo is very knowledgeable and very approachable. Dr Kuo explained my procedure clearly and was able to answer ALL of my questions. and address ALL of my concerns. Dr Kuo's staff was also very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I would have to say that the time I spent with Dr Kuo and her staff was very enjoyable.
