The doctor was great, the staff was polite. But problem I had was the staff didn't put gloves on or wash there hands before touching my child. I had to ask them too! The tongue depressors were also open and right underneath the paper towels. So after people wash their hands the dripping water gets all over them. And that's going into my childs mouth?! Gross.
