She is rude, condescending. My eye glasses broke and it had been 3 years since I had an exam. Fortunately my prescription was the same, she asked me why was I there. When she asked the assistant a question I though she was talking to me, I responded and she snapped , I wasn't talking to you. This woman has absolutely no "bedside manner " Needless to say I will never go back to Eyecare associates.

I've been to Dr Smith twice and will be returning in January for cataract surgery. I have never had a problem with getting a prescription for my glasses. For me the appointment does take a while because of all the measurements needed and the time needed for dilation but I would much rather get a comprehensive exam than be rushed through and have something missed! I would highly recommend Dr Smith!

I went for eye exam after not having one in 1.5 years. She did the full exam and billed my insurance $375. I called the office month later as I needed prescription to buy contact lenses. I was told Sarah Smith did not write me a prescription!! Now my old prescription is expired and I relied on her expensive visit to purchase the corrective lenses I need. Now I am forced to return to optometrist (different one) who will do the same eye exam she did, and pay again for exam and get my prescription.

Incompetent!!! I went for annual eye exam and she did an eye exam but refused to give me prescription for contact lenses. She should have given me a prescription but she did not and if I want prescription, I need to go back and pay out of pocket for her mistake. Dr Smith is INCOMPETENT and does not do her job correctly. I would avoid her if I were you, unless you don't mind doing HER job and tell her what do do. She does not know how to do her job correct

She was knowledgeable but I didn't appreciate when she laughed when asking me if I can see letters on the chart. She is a doctor for people with bad eyesight, what does she expect?! It is inappropriate to disrespect people with medical conditions like she did. I would not recommend.
