Absurd, Ridiculous response from Dr. Sarah Todd
I scheduled my annual yearly checkup and scheduled with Dr. Todd for the first time. I waited 30 minutes to be seen which was ridiculous. When Dr. Todd came in the room, she did a quick check of my skin and then when I said I had questions regarding regarding my skincare ,she said she would need to charge me $50 .but this time she would not charge but next time I would be charged $50! She literally was in the room for 10 minutes or less. How unprofessional! What a scammer.

I would not recommend Dr. Todd. She sighed everytime I asked her a question regarding my skin concerns. On top of that, she was rushing so quickly through the appointment that I actually felt embarrassed to ask anything else. When I showed her the skincare I had brought in and was currently using, she said “ok I can’t look at any of this stuff unless I can charge you an extra $50”….I would recommend going to someone else.

Highly recommend Dr. Sarah Todd!
Dr. Sarah Todd was incredibly thorough, knowledgable, and kind. She listened to all of my concerns and prescribed a treatment plan that began working within a few days. She is a true gem in the field of Dermatology. I highly recommend her to everyone.
