Knowledgeable, Genuine, Thoughtful
Dr. Vanduzer-Moore has been my primary care doctor for about 20 years. She has been THE MOST compassionate doctor I've ever been to. Early on, she took my hearing issues seriously, where others did not (I have a reverse slope hearing loss - the opposite kind of hearing loss of what most hearing loss patients - and I was diagnosed in my 30s). She is always concerned with all aspects of my well-being, and understands when a specialist needs to be brought in. I cannot imagine experiencing some of the conditions that others mentioned.

Office is unorganized
Dr. Van Duzer Moore is a capable doctor but the office manager at the Garfield Street clinic is uncommunicative. My lab sample was sent to a non-preferred provider, despite my instructions to use the lab my insurance recommends. The staff at Garfield Street refuse to admit their mistake and I am left with very large lab bill.

I have had her as my primary care physician for over five years and her approach to my health has been excellent--both short and long term. She is extraordinarily prompt in responding to emails and has suggested a couple of things that no one else has mentioned. A++++

For someone who is in the medical profession and was a patient of Dr. Vanduzer-Moore by recommendation, I have never been more disappointed in my work than after being a patient of the CU Internal Medicine offices. Overbearing, disrespectful, and inconsiderate of patients needs and health care. I would never recommend her nor her staff of nurses or receptionists to anyone I care for.
