I love how Dr Yu communicates with me and my partner. She is relatable, straightforward. Every single time she makes sure to ask my partner whether they have questions. She is also very cheerful, her team is extremely efficient. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Yu delivered my baby and was such a great person to have on the birth team. She was confident and in charge but also relaxed and kept things light. A perfect energy to have in the room!

Dr. Yu is my gyn for a couples year and now my OB for my second child. Every visit is efficient but I never felt rushed. She is attentive and respects your preferences. She is the best OBGYN I've had in NYC.

Dr. Yu has been my primary obstetrician for my first pregnancy. Due to her excellent care throughout my pregnancy, I was able to deliver a healthy and beautiful baby girl. For all my visits, she was patient, understanding, and answered all my questions. She was supportive and knowledgeable and possessed excellent bedside manners. Her vivacious personality, positive attitude, and broad expertise made for a very re-assuring experience. I highly recommend Dr. Yu as your obstetrician.

Dr. Yu was not my specific OB, but she delivered my first baby in July of 2020. Her energy was incredible. I had a complication after birth and needed emergency surgery. I felt like I couldn’t have been in better hands.

Dr. Yu has been my doctor for a very long time and her care and dedication to her patients are unmatched. She’s young and vibrant so yaaayyyy I will have her for years to come. Her staff is also exceptionally professional and works efficiently as a team to ensure patients are taken care of in a timely fashion. Always a pleasure to go to my appointments.

I am thrilled with the care I get from Dr. Yu and her office. Dr. Yu is thorough and knowledgeable. And she is warm and caring. When I had a specific problem that she thought a specialist needed to address, I was referred to an excellent doctor who resolved a chronic problem. I cannot recommend Dr. Yu enough.

Dr Yu has a great bedside manner and is nice to talk to when available. But she doesn't respond to any messages directly--her nurses do instead, and not very thoroughly. Also, long after other practices abandonded remote visits, her practice still does every other visit remotely. Combined with her maternity leave, this meant I saw her maybe 3 times in my entire pregnancy (!). And yet, signficant others are allowed to accompany their wives (to watch them pee in a cup?). This made no sense from a Covid standpoint: I was often in the waiting room with sneezing husbands, wondering why there were allowed there while I had my in-person appointments cut in half. Going for 2-month stretches without having your blood pressure taken or urine analyzed seemed like pretty bad monitoring. The only reason I stuck with this practice is that I met the other doctors during my first pregnancy and they are all excellent, so I knew I'd be in good hands during delivery.

Love Dr. Yu - fantastic bedside manner, really listens, down to earth and a great physician to discuss fertility/timing for starting a family (with a no-pressure, no-judgment attitude). Grateful I found her.

I was really unlucky to have Doctor Yu on duty while I delivered my son. She was late to my delivery. My son's head was half out and I yelled" where is the doctor " while all the nurses asked me to stop pushing while my son's head was half out which caused me server tearing even my son was only 6lb. And she said I was the fastest delivery of that night. She could be on time so my tearing couldn't be that bad. What was worse is that I had a hemorrhage after 1 week of my delivery. The on duty doctor checked said that the cause was the openness of the initial tearing. So I had a second surgery to repair what she had done to me. What kind of nightmare was that? I was in great pain and stress. Please save yourself DO NOT ever see this unprofessional and incapable doctor in your life !

Dr Yu is an excellent doctor and is a warm and caring person.

Dr. Yu is simply lovely and very efficient while maintaining a very warm demeanor. She is a delightful, bright young doctor.

Dr. Yu is the best. She is always on time and quick, yet thorough and takes her time with me when I need it, addressing my concerns/issues. I had a fairly simple pregnancy under her care a few years ago. Now, I have a complicated pregnancy and I feel like I am in the best possible hands. She's knowledgeable and straightforward, and I trust her 100%.

Dr. Yu is the best I could have hoped for. She delivered my second baby via a very necessary c-section 2 years ago (keeping us calm and positive along the way) and did a beautiful job. I waltzed out of the hospital on my two feet feeling great with minimal pain meds and a full and fast recovery. This was a huge contrast to my experience with a different doctor for my first c section - it took me months to recover from that one.
