Prepare to get the run around. I called around 7 weeks pregnant to see Dr. Zarek and was scheduled to be seen at 11 weeks. I was scheduled for a Monday morning at 8am. At 5:15pm the Friday before Dr.Zarek's nurse calls to tell me they are overbooks for the month of my due date and she wont be able to accommodate me. THEY CALLED ME LITTERALY minutes before my apt for something they could have told me weeks ago. They really screwed me over! I now have to get into another clinic before 13 weeks!

I love her she's my ob and has been nothing but kind and knowledge I if I refused certain things she didn't pressure me all my wishes for the treatment of this pregnancy are upheld I highly recommend her

I am so disappointed in this office and doctor. I went in for my yearly and the Dr. asked me follow up questions about our last appointment from last year. Because I answered those questions they went ahead and billed me for an office visit. I have called and tried to talk to the nurse and the billing department and basically they told me that because there are a lot of notes in my account I am being billed for a yearly and an office visit. Be warned! Would hate for this to happen to others!

Dr. Zarek was amazing. She listened, cared, had a plan, and made me feel like my issues mattered. She took more time with me than any doctor has in a long time. I'm so happy that I found her!
