Highly recommended
We really like Dr. Kay. We have had a great experience with her. She is attentive and make us feel at ease. Every time I need immediate assistance, I send her an email and she responds very quickly. My daughter feels comfortable with her and has been getting much better. We have been able to stop most of her medications. I truly recommend her.

Horrible Dr
Dr Kay is an alarmist. She overstated all of our daughter’s issues and wanted to quickly rush into expensive diagnostics. She was not a good communicator and while nice my impression was looking to max the financial value of patient. Thx god, we got a 2nd opinion and our daughter is doing great as issue was emotional-anxiety not GI.

horrible personal skills
Telehealth
I had a Telehealth visit with Dr Kay and the questions she asked seemed very over the top. She made it seem either way you answered you were “danged if you do, or danged if you don’t”. In the end she didn’t really give a clear response and when I questioned her on the topic she seemed irritated I was asking her about the “diagnosis”.

Dr. Kay was really nice but wasn't really able to help us. My son had chronic stomach pain and ended up in the hospital multiple times. She did and endoscopy and a colonoscopy on my son which showed inflammation, he also had low disaccharides. Even after those lab results she said that she thought my son was just having anxiety aka it's all in his head... which is the least helpful answer when you have a child who is crying frequently and bent over with pain. I did some research on my own and found a book by Elaine Gottschall called Breaking the Vicious Cycle. We had already tried a gluten free diet for over a year without any success. So in a last ditch effort to help my son we tried the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. He has been on it for 3 weeks and has no pain....he is running around like a regular kid...no longer curled up in a ball crying...it's a miracle. I wanted to write this review for any other parents are praying for answers to help their children.

Dr. Sari Kay is The Best PI Gastro in THE WORLD! There are not enough words to express how much we LOVE her and there is no other way to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Kay and her staff for the professional and emotional supports she gave to our family, specially to our child. I can only say that Dr. Kay, together with our surgeon, Dr. Avraham Schlager, saved our daughter's life and restored a hope for a full and active life for her future. Dr. Kay went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what we could ever hope and dream of in the care and treatment of our child. I cannot recommend her enough - you can completely trust Dr. Kay and her staff to care for your child and we are so tremendously blesses to have found her. Infinity stars for Dr. Kay and her practice!

Dr. Sari Kay is truly a life saver. Without her and her unyielding drive and support to help may child, she would not be here today. Dr. Kay went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to diagnose, treat and care for our child. She is truly a phenomenal doctor and if I could give her an infinite number of stars I would, because 5 just doesn't cut it. Her office staff, especially Lindsay, is the most professional, courteous and each and every one of them goes out of their way to assist you in every way possible. I cannot count the number of times they have helped me as a parent and reassured my daughter there was light at the end of a very long tunnel. I truly credit her for also finding the most amazing surgeon who I would recommend to any parent with a child that needs surgery, to wit: Avraham Schlager. These two amazing doctors, both separately and as a team, more than exceeded all of our hopes and dreams, having treated our child and putting her back on track to lead a full and healthy life.
