Dr. Sarika Sharma, MD

She is the most dedicated doctor I have ever met. Genuinely cares and empathizes with patients. Dedicates, knowledge and wonderful doctor.

Dr. Sharma is a very competent doctor but the office management and operation really is so poor, it is very challenging to call them by phone to follow up on prescriptions and inquire on billings.

This office is very poorly managed. Without addressing the medical care provided, I would not return. I called the day of my appt to see if there were any cancellations and I was told that I could come early and was left waiting until the time of my original appt. Then it was truly an ordeal to pay the amount due. I called the billing office and was told that they do not accept cc but must contact the doctor's office. I could not reach anyone. I left many messages and finally was connected to the person who accepted payment only after I expressed my frustration to the person providing the lab reports, who by the way, is only available once a week. I paid the amount due, in full, but continue to be invoiced each month. I finally noted on the invoice that I will post a negative review if they don't stop the invoicing. It appears that there is no one who cares and I wonder if anyone bothered even reading my note. I would expect better customer service that this.

Dr Sharma is a very caring doctor as well as being very thorough. I am very pleased with our relationship and recommend her highly

I had a wait time of 20 mins in the waiting area and then another 20 mins in the doctors room. The doctor rushed through the entire thing and I felt like she kept disregarding any discomfort or complains I pointed regarding my health. You will get no details or questions I requested for an email copy of my results and I never saw it even after multiple calls and requests. I kept calling the office and either I am put on hold or they promise to send but never do. Definitely not a pleasant visit
