Excellent
I was nervous about having a large skin tag removed on my eyelid. Dr Patel took the time to explain everything in detail. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made me feel comfortable with my choice having him do my procedure . The procedure itself was handled with care and professionalism. Dr Patels skill and expertise is exceptional and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend Dr Patel to anyone needing the medical services he provides. Dr Patel and his staff made this experience far more positive than I ever anticipated.

Excellent but it always is.Dr. Patel is professional, very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. He makes you feel as though you are his only patient. His staff are very friendly, concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. All doctor's offices should follow their example.

Consultation with Dr Patel
I was very impressed with Dr Patel & his assiciates when I met with him prior to my surgery. He was very knowable, made me feel less worried about surgery. His associates were polite & friendly, coordinated my surgery with another surgeon, and made all my arrangements between them & the surgery center.

Removal of lesions around eyelid
Dr Patel was very thorough. He explained everything about the procedure clearly. He asked quite often if I had any questions. Procedure went perfectly. He even asked me to call in a week to let him know how I was doing.

First Visit With Dr. Patel
The visit was prompt. I was seen within 3 min of the scheduled time of the appointment. De. Patel was friendly approachable and asked questions to become familiar with me. This was my first visit to his office. I was very please with his manner and with the informative information he provided. I willl continue to visit him for my eye care.

Knowledgeable and great communicator

Skilled Eye Surgeon
During the procedure for an eyelid issue, Dr. Patel explained each step very thoroughly. From injections to cutting to the finish, I was kept informed as to what was being done. In addition, his follow up care was not rushed and he addressed my concerns. He is a fine surgeon and a personable professional.

Office Visit
It was my second visit to the New Britain office. The staff is professional and efficient. A biopsy was taken which was quick and painless. Dr. Patel took the time to discuss options and answer questions. His instructions after the procedure were very clear. I feel fortunate that I was referred to this clinic and provider. The waiting room is clean and spacious. The wait time was minimal.
