Such a compassionate caring doctor
This was a fantastic experience, from walking in to the office, to being attended by Dr. Dillard. I was promptly attended to (no delays) and she answered all my questions while she attended to me. She was very patient with me while I acted like a big baby because she had to take my toenail off due to in jury. She calmed me down and took her time with my poor toe. She also provided context and advice on how to avoid a reoccurrence of my foot issues. She is was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Great experience, highly recommend!

What A Waste of Time!
Dr. Dillard did not take my foot pain seriously. I had to complete a series of x-rays before the doctor would see me. The x-rays did not show anything as I knew it wouldn't. I had already explained to the nurse I would need a MRI. I've had Achille tendon surgery on my other foot and dealt with this pain before. Dr. Dillard refused to order a MRI. She only prescribed oral steroids but nothing for the pain. Two weeks after I completed the steroids, I messaged the doctor to explain I was having more foot pain. Two days later I had not received a response, so I called the nurse and left a message. Dr. Dillard finally emailed me back only to say we could do steroids again. She never sent the prescription to the pharmacy or offered anything to alleviate the pain. At this point, I am cancelling my follow up appointment with Dr. Dillard and looking for another doctor.

Dismissive and Uncaring
She was very dismissive. She did not greet me. I greeted her and asked how her day was going and she said “It’s going.” Looked at her computer the whole time except when she was doing the procedure. When I asked if I could ask a question she told me no, to wait until she finished the procedure. A procedure she did not explain to me except to tell me that it was going to hurt. Typed on her computer the rest of the time. Never looked at me. Never was kind or caring. And then just abruptly while she sat typing on the computer she just said “You can go.” I did and I will be going to a different doctor from now on. I think that she was mad at me because I did not get an x-ray before the exam. But I didn’t need one. Even she said that after I told her the problem. The PA checking must have known the x-ray thing was going to make the doctor mad because the PA told me I had a right to see the doc before agreeing to an x-ray. So I guess get an x-ray and this doc will be nice to you

Wonderful experience
Super efficient and effective. Staff prepped fast and Dr. Dillard came in ready to go, very well versed in what she does. I grabbed a coffee before my visit and by the time we finished it was still warm in my car. I have no doubt that she fixed my issues. I appreciate how pleasant and knowledgeable she is!

Gratitude
Dr. Dillard is professional, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, punctual and thorough. She is my mom’s doctor and we are extremely happy with the care plan that she has designed to keep mom healthy. Mom and I look forward to her visits because of the aforementioned reasons. Dr Dillard has a friendly disposition and cares for her patients as evident by the care that she takes during examinations and procedures. She addresses mom and listens to our concerns and is proactive in preventing unforeseen situations. We are devoted to Dr. Dillard and grateful that she is mom’s podiatrist.

Great service and care!
As an avid runner, I want to say thank you Dr. Dillard! As runners, we see our fair share of injuries. It was with Dr. Dillard, that I was not only treated for my foot injury, but she also covered root causes and preventive actions with me. This was extremely helpful, as I am use to physicians just treating the symptoms. Dr. Dillard was very patient, listened to me and was transparent about me making my physical health a priority when it came to running. Dr. Dillard gave me a thorough assessment, provided the proper treatment, and had me back to normal running after following her plan for my posterior tidal tendonitis. Thank you Dr. Dillard, you have made a difference in my running journey!

Outstanding Service and standard of Care
Dr. Dillard treated my teens on two different occasions. We were able to quickly get an appointment and she and her staff made the process super simple. She greeted us with a huge smile and was very thorough and quite knowledgeable. Her standard of care put us all at ease, especially since we being seen for foot injuries from sports. Dr. Dillard even followed up after the appointment to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend and have recommended Dr. Dillard to my friends and family seeking podiatry service.

Dr. Dillard is an amazing, patient doctor for my grandmother. She simply adores how attentive she is while visiting her and how she truly listens to her concerns. My grandmother looks forward to each and every visit with Dr. Dillard. My family and I would truly recommend her to anyone for amazing care. Thank you Dr. Dillard for all that you do.

Didn’t make eye contact came in didn’t greet me, sat at the computer and typed, didn’t listen to me. Had an attitude because I chose not to go get X-rays before her examining me. Tried to show her where the pain was she said no she’ll figure it out! Intentionally handled my injured foot with unnecessary aggression to find the sore spot and didn’t care one iota or apologize that she caused me intense pain. Didn’t listen to me, cut me off when I tried to continue. She was dismissive, rude uncaring. Placed my shoe of my injured foot across the room left me on the high table with one good foot with bad balance to fend for myself. Ignored and dismissed my questions about the prescription. Flatly didn’t answer me saying the pharmacist would go over it with me. The pharmacist was confused asking if the doctor went over the meds with me because she was unsure when I should start them. I didn’t take the meds. Don’t trust her at all. Booking another podiatrist and reporting her.

What a disappointment. Dr Dillard made no eye contact, barely talked to me. Acted like I was wasting her time. In short, RUDE. Will never go back to her. Wasted my time and money. Had to pay a specialist fee, money down the drain. She made me feel invisible, like I didn't matter. She mostly looked at her computer and typed through the whole visit. Then said, "You can go." Didn't escort me out, or say goodbye. Stayed in the room and kept typing while I found my own way out.
