My visit here has been exceptionally well. Friendly staff and the pt care was top tier. Love this group and my dr for such a wonderful experience.

Dr Uppala has been out of office since April 2023 came back in September.l had a appointment in October on a Monday and they called on Friday to cancel cause she was going to not be there on again on Monday.. Wanted to make another appointment for sometime next year..So l have found another doctor that can see me and has a better rating than her... She also did not give a explanation for being out so long..

Scheduled a new patient appointment via phone and was told when I got there that she was not taking new patients. After that was sorted out, Dr. Uppala did not really listen and offered little to no advice to my concerns. Clinic took a week to call me with my lab results. I needed routine medications refilled and when I called, was told she was out of the office for 3 months and they could not refill any medications and to call my old doctor as she has not taken over my medications even though she was my new PCP and I had established care with her. After I told them I could not as my insurance had changed and I could not go back to see them for refills, I was told basically 'oh well' and to get my meds over the counter. Overall just really disappointed with the care of the doctor and clinic.

Dr. Uppala is a very caring, thorough doctor. If Dr. Uppala tells you you're ok you can bank on it, she is very smart and I am very grateful to be her patient.

My appointment was scheduled for 10am but was not seen until 11:35am . A patient that came in after me was seen before me. The exam rooms could use a good wipe down and dusting. Overall the wait is too long to see this doctor and she was disappointing. I was a new patient and automatically the doctor recommended WLS without even listening to reasons for my visit. Such a sad case. Would not recommend! Save your copay.

I have seen several physicians at Grandview and none have made me feel as validated and comforted as Dr. Uppala. I would absolutely recommend her.

Dr. Uppala was, as always, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She listens to my concerns and takes time to answer any question. She makes me feel as if she is truly interested in my health and well-being.

Dr.Uppala and her staff are great! You are always treated as the only patient she has in her office. She goes above and beyond trying to just make sure you are healthy. She is genuinely interested. Andrea is also terrific in arranging your office visit when you need it!
