Stay away if you want to keep your vision
This so called 'doctor' ruining my mother's eyesight after cutting her cornea during cataract surgery and then never telling her when she kept going back to him because she was having vision loss and pain. After a second opinion from another doctor, he confirmed that Soukiasian had cut her cornea. She has had 3 cornea transplants now and her quality of life and eyesight have never been the same.

Dr. Soukiasian was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. None of the long wait times like I read in other reviews. I had to have a special test and everything moved along like clockwork. Even one of the techs commented' You got the big brain today'.

Bargain basement doctor at retail price
Working with Dr Soukasian is like ordering fine China from Macy’s and getting clear plastic dishes from Dollar Tree. My eye has been a problem ever since he “fixed it”. Was better before he touched it. Had other eye done elsewhere and vision in that eye is perfect. He openly complains about busy he is and you spend three hours waiting to see a doctor you later wish you had never met

Extremely poor time management
To wait almost 3 hours for this man is outrageous - making appointments means nothing - this has been an ongoing issue with this dr. Even before Covid you’d sit and wait hours before seeing him - I have been logging the dates and times I’ve waited for him and it’s the same thing every time - lahey and it’s directors and or CEO ‘s need to rectify this regardless of his tenure or expertise - no patient should have to sit that long to be seen - it’s inconsiderate and unprofessional - thank you for your attention to this matter

I have been a patient of Dr. Soukiasian for seven (7) years. He is focused, professional, and takes the time to explain your situation in terms you can understand. His confidence and knowledge is reassuring. He explains your options and answers questions completely. I have had several very complicated surgeries on my left eye and can recommend his professional demeanor, and the respect that the OR Staff has for him as well.

I found the experience as a patient of Dr Soukiasian to be poor. I felt like a number - processed and released as quickly as possible. Most interactions were rushed. I was lucky if I could get Dr Soukiasian to take the time to answer one question - usually as he backed out the door.
