Dr. Satinder Bhatia, MD

Dr. Bhatia is phenomenal. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things medical, not just his specialty in cardiology. He's so popular, you must schedule appointments 6 months or more in advance.

This review is more about the staff than Dr. Bhatia. He is one of the BEST doctors I've had. Unfortunately for him, his staff (specifically CRYSTAL - his assistant) is one of the most incompetent, inattentive, unresponsive medical 'professionals' I've worked with. There is a $750 admin. fee per year, but yet I can't get a call back about an appointment, a renewed prescription or refill and billing questions. How this woman still has a job is bewildering. And I am one of many people who feel this way about her. Ask around.

Dr. Bhatia is so smart and thorough. In addition, he is an excellent listener and doesn’t hesitate to answer all your questions. His advice has always been perfect.

Dr. Bhatia brings superior training and technical ability to a deep commitment to his patients. He treated my wife for years for a highly complicated heart condition with a great outcome when other highly respected docs offered dire predictions. In doing so he coordinated willingly with experts at Stanford Medical who had a task force at work focused on her specific issue. He is my go-to doctor for anything potentially serious or consequential; I commute 2+ hours each way to take advantage of his expertise. I am 86 years old and even though I don't have any pending issues, I value highly his demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and head them off with very clear and very current advice.

My initial doctor recommended Dr Bhatia and is himself a patient. Dr Bhatia is not only a wonderful doctor, he’s also a wonderful human bring.

I am a Dr. Bhatia’s patient for over 10 years. He is not only my cardiology doctor, he is also my primary care doctor. He is the most knowledgeable, sharp, quick thinking doctor, kind and wonderful human being. I am proud to have him as my doctor.

His diagnosis are perfectly accurate. A totally dedicated doctor with sound and updated professional knowledge. He always has a cheerful demeanor and makes you feel at ease. A kind human being, we are blessed to have him as our doctor.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. He answers all questions in simple detail so you understand everything. Getting an appointment is sometimes hard but you can definitely get an appointment. He also ask about your family members an remembers their names. He is the best.

I have never felt so disappointed in my life. I tried to get an appointed with Dr. Bhatia but I was told by his assistant (after several non-answered calls) that "he doesn't see anyone who has not been recommended by a friend of a family member..." That's outrageous! It is discriminatory, to say the least! They made an oath to serve! Not to serve only hid friends' friends! Highly disappointed!

The most thorough and efficient exams and overall visits. He has an amazing ability to discuss serious conditions in a kind and easily understood manner. He is always referencing current treatment concepts as well.
