Arrogant and Belittling.
He got called into my case while I was in the hospital and Cardiac had decided that my symptoms were not a cardiac problem. This guy just lheavily implied that all the pain I was in was because I just had pulled muscles. Then he tried to rearrange my medications that I have been taking for over 13 years and when I questioned it, well I just didn't understand how much they could harm my kidneys. I'm pretty sure that after 13 years, the harm would have already been done. Then he tried to tell me I had kidney disease (which I do not). I would never recommend this man to take care of my dogs. I love them too much.

I would leave no stars if I could. How dare he question me and my work abilities. He didn't know the situation and how dare he pass judgement on anyone.
