Unhappy with how customer service now is in this office. I feel like I don't winna come back to this office anymore.

Staff needs attitude adjustment or just clear them out. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a receptionist. Her attitude was disrespectful, demeaning, caddy, and most of all unacceptable at a practice that deals with mental health. I will be finding a new doctor asap. This woman thought she put me on hold(she didn’t) she told her other staff member, as clear as day…these are the people I need medince to deal with. I can’t handle them. I called 3 days in a row because my meds needed to be switched to a different pharmacy. That’s it. That’s all that needed to be done. It took three days and I still haven’t gotten it. She told me it was my fault. Lol. I called over and over again and nothing was done! If you like being treated horribly by staff with a power trip and never get your meds on time…I guess this is the place for you!

Has been excellent in treating our daughter...kind, thoughtful and excellent listener. Open communications with patient and family. Willing to explore new treatment options!

Telemedicine visit. Dr. M. Always listens carefully and meds or adjustments to them are exactly what I need. The whole office and staff are very professional and always curteous. I highly recommend Dr. M. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had for my treatment.

Dr. M is so awesome. He will take his time to really understand your struggles. He puts a lot of thought into a treatment plan. So impressed with his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism.

Dr. Madkaiker and his wife, Dr. Madkaiker are both the warmest and most intelligent doctors I have ever worked with. They are gentle, brilliant and highly aware of how I am feeling before a treatment. They keep me in the loop about what they’re doing and if anything is changing. The Ketamine therapeutics staff is organized, caring and capable. I highly recommend this team that, after 50 years of severe depression, have, along with my therapy, reduced it by about 70%, which is amazing and wonderful! I’ve worked so hard to try to find a solution to my Major Depressive Disorder diagnosis- and finally I found Dr. Madkaiker.

5 stars!! Dr Madkaiker is an excellent psychiatrist who I have seen for many yrs since moving to Fla. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania ; he is notably intelligent, caring, a great listener, answers questions , and educates regarding my treatment plan. He is very approachable, kind, and very thoughtful. I truly think he is the best psychiatrist in Jacksonville, Fl, and I highly recommend him and his attentive staff without reservations to anyone who needs psychiatric evaluations and help. Dr. Madkaiker is a brilliant doctor who cares. He took the time to listen and understand. My medical situation is quite complicated, and he found multiple, successful solutions. Psychiatry is not an exact science, but under his care I have been successful. He is willing to think outside the box. I’m grateful to have found this level of care.

He’s awesome! Really cares about his patients and always has the answers to my many questions. Only down side is the office communication. Everyone is nice but communication could be better. Then again I understand being busy but I have to keep calling to remind or even get in touch with someone.

They cancelled a first appointment the morning of, incredibly unprofessional. The appointment had been made weeks before. Obviously, they don’t care and staff is a representation of the doctor. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

I have been to several doctors but Dr. Madkaiker has the best experience and methods of treatment. You may have to wait some to see him but when it is your turn you can be sure you are the focus of his attention and he takes his time with you.

Dr madkieker has been my professional since I moved to Florida. He’s always been kind to me. His staff is always kind and supportive and they get things done fast. It’s never fun waiting to get calls back but they make it easy. Thanks guys - Nate Vance

Your staff needs help! I left a voicemail and did not get a return call. A week later I was left on hold for 30 minutes before your office closed and at 5pm the call was disconnected. This is NOT a very good business practice!! Way beyond disappointed.

My mother has been under the care of Dr. Madkaiker for several years. He has treated her for dementia. He is kind and understanding during the office visits. However, he has failed her twice, and there will not be a third time. If you have a mental health emergency, chances are you will not get it from this office. When we were attempting to get her Long-term care insurer to approve her claim so that she could move into assisted living, he said that he would send a letter to the insurer. Despite numerous calls from me, and from our case worker, taking weeks, he never did. His staff said that our request was on his desk, and that he would get to it, soon. He never did, and I had to scramble to find another way. My poor mother suffered through hours of neuro-psych testing to get the required approval. The absolute worst, however, was last week, when my mom was experiencing terrifying hallucinations and delusions. The nurses at her community contacted Dr. Madkaiker, seeking his help. He r

Easy to talk to and understands English well. Helped me out of bad thinking patterns. Was in it for the love of helping people, not just in the profession for the money.

I have schizophrenia, Dr. Madkaiker has helped me . I can live in society again.
