I have been seeing Dr Joneja for several months on a job injury claim. He has been great. He is not a pill pusher like some WC doctors and was able to refer me to the specialist I needed quickly to get the surgery I needed to get better. I am very happy with all he did to facilitate my recovery.

The physician is a very nice guy, but he’s not that bright. Also, I have never met someone so scared of lawyers before. No one in medicine, or anyone for that matter, likes the idea of a lawsuit, but that should never influence a provider’s clinical decision making. Fear of litigation not only influences his clinical decision making, it is the driving force behind it. I won’t get too in depth regarding the sheer lack of intelligence and the complete and utter lack of professionalism that plagues this office. I would go on, however, I do not have time to write a dissertation, which would be necessary to sufficiently analyze the insufficiencies of this staff.
