Dr. Augustine is a kind, courteous and knowledgeable physician. I have been a patient for regular, annual physicals, and also for prenatal care for the birth of my child. With it being my first pregnancy at 35 years old, Dr. Augustine always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have, despite his incredibly busy schedule of patients and deliveries. My husband and I had a wonderful experience giving birth at Sampson Regional Medical Center with Dr. Augustine.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had an ID placed a couple years ago, I went in today to have it removed. I was told that the string wasn't visible so he would have to dig to get it. I said I can't do this I need a minute he then said sorry I can't wait I have other patients. Seriously?! I had an appointment to be seen, I was only in that exam room for 1 minute! I won't never see him again. Terrible service and terrible bedside manner.
