Dr. Scott Berenson, MD

Recommended the doctor too many of my friends they all say the same thing that he is a caring an extremely knowledgeable doctor I personally have 100 percent faith in his ability's . His staff is friendly courteous get things done efficiently and quickly.

I have been a patience of Dr. Berenson for over several years. He is a great doctor. The problem I have is getting in to see him. They will not accept appointments. I have called on several times to schedule an appointment and was told I would be called back. I never received a call back on at least three occassions. Even the Teledoc they do not schedule any appointments. Very dissappointed, I am looking for a new doctor now.

After an annual exam in which blood was taken, I got a phone call from the office indicating I needed to change my diet/cut down on something. No explanation of why. No explanation of the blood test results. No questioning about how I eat. No discussion at all. Just barked an order at me and hung up. When I called back with a few questions, the office was closed. Left me wondering. I feel he and his staff have no respect for the intelligence of his patients. No opportunity for an intellectual discussion about one's health. He should shape up. The competition amongst doctors now is fierce. It's not like years ago when there was only one doctor around. The next fabulous doctor is just around the corner. My advice?? Choose someone else.

Doesnt wear masks. Very rude and unprofessional. Staff are idiots or just plain rude. Has no problem sending bills in the mail for no reason

Dr. Berenson has been my Doctor for 16 years. He is kind, very caring, very knowledgeable and treats his patients like family and that's why I continue to go to Dr. Berenson, why I respect Dr. Berenson and why I appreciate Dr. Berenson. He is a Doctor that cares and respects his Profession and his Patients. His staff is special because they are also very warm, caring and always willing to help when I ask for assistance with my health issues. Thank you Dr. Berenson, thank you Beth, ( love teasing her she's respectful and always smiling and saying 'hello.') Lastly but not least - the Staff!

Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. Takes time to really listen to what's wrong or going on. Very caring.

Dr Berenson's office and professionalism is something hard to find. They are caring, thorough and they entire staff genuinely cares and takes their time with you.

I have seen both Dr. Berenson and Beth Cooney for years now. They are always amazing to see and give you kindness and respect with each visit. I have recommended them several times.

From the first time I came, 2 years ago, everyone (staff and medical personnel) have been very attentative to my needs, questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed or ingnored.

I always schedule a physical with Beth and she is fantastic. Explains things clearly. The office staff is also very nice.

People reading the reviews should note that all the glowing reports of this doctor and staff are 2+years old. The ones that are most recent are more accurate to the current condition of the practice. His practice lives in the 2000s. Does not use email, so will not scan test results. He does not talk to patients outside the exam room, he does not call. If you have a question for him, you have to dictate it to the staff, they ask him and call you back with the reply. How much gets lost in translation? How much bad information because no follow up questions could be asked. Staff is careless in relaying information. Doctor had noted on test results I should see a cardiologist, but that was never passed on. Good thing I always ask for hard copies...Does not respond to written letters. Expects bloodwork every three months, but never gives you the lab order.
