Three times of the four times that I tried to see Dr. Berry in the last couple of years has left me disappointed. He was late to come into the patient room for 15 to 30 minutes after my appointment time. My insurance (Tricare) stated that the patient should not wait for more than 20 minutes after their appointment time to be seen. I have left his office after this time limit arrived multiple times. Dr. Berry is the only pain doctor specialist readily advertised for the Latrobe, PA area in the EXCELA Medical Group. Dr. Berry, your scheduling staff sucks (for trying to squeeze-in too many patients). Dr. Berry, You suck for not pushing the EXCELA medical group to allow you to expand the amount of time for each patient, so you don't have to try and cram so many patients in. Besides, how much medical care are your patients missing from you because you are too busy to get to another patient? Lastly, EXCELA HEALTH SUCKS for not hiring more Specialist to cover patient needs.
