Horrible Rules and communication
I attempted to get my children seen at this doctor's office and ran into nothing but problems. I went by their office and had no issue at first when I gave the front desk my info, she asked for their medical records and I told her they didn't really go to doctor's previously they only went to the health department. I talked to the nurse for Dr. Scott Chappell and she stated she had to get approval for them to get an appointment if they didn't have any previous doctors. It has been two weeks and I have followed up at least 5 times and was still never given an appointment or a response as to whether the doctor would see my kids. Its hard enough finding a doctor's office but to deny a child because they don't get sick and their parents don't get to take them to the doctor's office often is unfair and their office's inability to call anyone back is ridiculous. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy.
