Dermatology visit for skin check
Dr. Crater is very professional and friendly and makes me feel at ease during my scans. He is thorough and I feel confident that any issues will be discovered by him. His promptness is so refreshing and I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. His staff is friendly and efficient and give the impression that they like working in his office.

1.5 yrs ago I had a procedure done & got an awful Staph infection, his nurse said how odd it was as one other patient got the same thing that week. Then over the past 6 months, he did a biopsy on an area on my face, said it was all clear, never healed, and ended up doing it a 2nd time, still didn't get it, wanted to do it a 3rd, possibly a 4th time. I finally realized he is an inadequate Dr. So I went to a different group, and they did it all in 1 procedure, including the biopsy,Never see him!

Dr. Crater was not knowledgeable about my condition. He said if I wasn't so fat, I wouldn't have it. But he later realized that this disease is hereditary. He was not professional; I would not go back to him.
