Lack of communication from their office is a major issue. They rely on their patients to download an app for communications from the office. Not everyone has a smart phone or knows how to use an app I.E. Older generation. There was no reason why the front office could not pick up the telephone and make a simple phone call to let clients know that they would need to come in in order to get a prescription refills. The NP left months ago who I was seeing and was not aware. According to the office they notified clients through the app. I asked them why they didn't mail out a letter due to them knowing that I didn't download the app. They said because they have to pay for postage and it would be costly. They could have emailed me that info but didn't. Most of the time I call, I have to leave a message and it seems like forever for them to return the message. It seems also that when something is wrong, they try to shift blame back onto the client by saying they are non-compliant.

Dr. Davidson is an exceptional doctor! My husband and I have been going to him for years. He has provided outstanding care on a consistent basis His staff are wonderful and are as compassionate as he is. Dr. Davidson gives his patients his full attention and will offer them plenty of his time. This impressed us from the start! He asks insightful questions; he will discuss your care with you and will answer any questions. He will seek your input; how refreshing is that? Dr. Davidson reminds us of the old-fashioned (but with all of the current and updated medical knowledge possible) small town and beloved family doctor from years past. We are extremely pleased with our medical care from Dr. Davidson; he is a Godsend! Generations Primary Care is also very affordable! It is a great alternative to the hassle and pain of insurance companies, as well as a pleasant choice from the revolving door of uncaring and overworked doctors who have to answer to a profit driven corporation.

Dr. Davidson is an amazing doctor. There is no comparison and regardless of where he is patients will follow.

Dr. Davidson is a great doctor. He always makes time to listen to how and why you are feeling the way/gets to the bottom of what is going on. He is quick to get my family in, and always asks how everyone is doing on routine visits. Very knowledgeable and compassionate towards patients.
