Excellent Experienced and a Master of his Craft
I went to Dr Franklin after thinking I had done damage to my throat from a 4 month bout of pneumonia. He scoped my nose and immediately knew why I wasn’t recovering. I had a bone spur blocking my right nostril making it impossible to drain properly. He instructed on how to get it to clear out along with the final antibiotic that killed the infection. Dr Franklin also suggested at some point I should get a septoplasty and a couple other “clearing out the sinus” to allow for proper drainage in the future. One year later I decided to go ahead and get the procedure. Dr Franklin was very informative, taught me more than I ever knew about sinuses and took great care of me during the procedure and throughout my follow ups. I am a very anxious person and concentrating on everything he told me really helped to keep me grounded.I don’t understand the negative reviews here. I want a master in his trade, not a friend for my medical needs. His schedule is busy because he is good.

I didn't matter
I visited Dr. Scott in April of 2022. The visit was organized and fast, almost too fast. I was seen by the doctor for less than 5 minutes then ushered over to the a hearing test. I was given a prescription for an ear infection but no details of the issue were afforded to me. A follow up visit was scheduled 30 days out. The day before said appointment I received a call explaining the Dr. could not see me as he needed to take time off. The remake appointment offered to me was 2 months out. I remind you I had an ear infection of some sort and it had not gone away. I called in 3 weeks ago to see about getting an appointment as the problem still exists. This time it was urgent as I have started a new job and hearing is critical. The assistant made had no care of my situation and would not try and work me in and further more would not at least refill the prescription. It is clear that Dr. Scott sees people as customers and not patients.

Money pit
Went to see Dr. Franklin for some chronic sinus problems, before I even make it to an exam room. I'm told that I will owe 25 dollars for the visit, and 250 for a surgical procedure (Basically deadening my nose, and looking in it) that had already been done recently, He really really wanted to do it again and spent over 10 Minutes telling me how important it was. It wasn't until I said that I DID NOT want it done that he relented. Then he puts me on antibiotics and antihistamines and ordered a CT scan, When ARA called to schedule the CT they are 70 dollars more than other providers and I called to ask if I could use another provider, but no one calls back for two weeks, I finish the meds and call back to see if they will send the orders to the provider I have chosen, they refused to use another provider, and basically suggested I go elsewhere if I don't want to play along with them.

I did not appreciate the manner in which I was spoke to by Leah and Carrie (however you spell it) They say they are "a professional association" but that is not the case. The office should find people who are better with dealing with people. I have never been so unhappy with treatment by a medical care office. Avoid this place.

Yeah pretty much exactly what every other review says. Terrible bedside manner. An absolute horror story of apathy and condescending attitude. Also one of his employees clearly left a review, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Just go somewhere else. Unless you don't care about bedside manner. Also, he insisted I go to the ER for bleeding, and then proceeded to show up uninvited to the ER and charged me for "having to go to the ER" I only paid the bill at that point to get the hell out of there and not have to deal with his office. Medical assistants were nice though.

I ??# do not recommend this ENT doctor. He doesn’t care about his patients he’s in and out of an office visit less than 5 minutes and when you ask questions he acts like your a burden. He over charges his patients !

I started seeing Dr. Franklin due to some sinus issues I was having summer 2019. Once you get to know him he is awesome! He was able to provide me a lot of medical information in what was going on with my nose. I had sinus surgery December 2019. He did an amazing job. I had Multiple follow up appointments after my surgery. Each time he took time to talk with me and walked me through what he was doing at my visits. He can be kind of short up front, but I wouldn’t of gone anywhere else. My surgery and recovery went great! I am now feeling so much better and grateful for the care I received from his office. Definitely would recommend Dr. Franklin.

Dr. Franklin cared enough to take the time to find out what was causing my sinus issues. I had my sinus surgery in November and have not had ONE sinus infection since the surgery. Dr. Franklin and his staff are very kind and caring. I recommend them to everyone.

I felt like I had an ear infection when I scheduled my appointment with him. He barely glimpse in my ears and had me take a hearing test., Said I needed hearing aids for around $8,000. Said my ears were fine. Now, months later, I have Vertigo and a much more serious ear infection....

Terrible bed side manner. I had to eavesdrop on his conversation with his nurse to find out what was going on and stop him on the way out the door to ask a question. All he was interested in was a hearing test which had nothing to do with why I was there. I had to sign a form that if I was ever more than 15 minutes late they would reschedule me but then kept me waiting 45 minutes. To many ENT's out there to go back here.

I came to see Dr. Franklin seeking relief from intermittent spells of vertigo and a lifetime of coping with seasonal allergies and frequent sinus infections, as well as some ringing in my ears. Every member of his staff has been very professional and polite. They always answer my questions to the best of their ability and promptly return calls. Dr. Franklin corrected my deviated septum three weeks ago. He has been very professional, kind, and considerate. Simply the best.

I had a surgery with Dr. Franklin about a month ago. Before the surgery he was very clear about what he was going to do and why. The surgery went smoothly and the nurses and anesthesiologist at the surgical center were great. The post-op care though is truly amazing, I've never experienced anything like it. The surgical center called me to make sure I was okay. And I had a post-op appointment with Dr. Franklin 2 days after surgery, and every following week for a month. His staff is also so kind!

Ever wanted to fire a doctor? You can! I saw Dr. Franklin in January of 2013 and I must say that I have never been so disrespected by a doctor in my life. I tried to ask intelligent questions about my condition that I had previously researched. I was well prepared to have a valuable discussion. Dr. Franklin responded with disrespectful and unhelpful answers such as "because I said so". I fired him. See a more detailed review on YELP.

I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. FRANKLIN TO ANYONE! HE IS ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS I HAVE BEEN TO. I WAS IN HIS OFFICE FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS AND SAW HIM FOR LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. HE HAD HIS HAND ON THE DOOR READY TO LEAVE FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MINUTES. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. I AM A MEDICARE PATIENT WITH A SECONDARY INSURANCE AND I COULD TELL HE DID NOT WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME ON ME. I GOT NOTHING OUT OF THE VISIT. I SAW HIM FOR VERTIGO. THIS IS A WARNING TO MEDICARE PATIENTS.

Dr. Franklin is on call for my husband's surgeon. I called for assistance and have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I decided to check his reviews to see if maybe I was overreacting. I'm not. His poor reviews speak volumes.

Prior, I talked to his office regarding billing & made clear I would pay w/ insurance and deductible provided by employer in advance administered by the insurance co. They made me fill out 13+papers. I signed under duress. 1 asked how I would pay for the claim "today" & I wrote insurance. The paperwork was accepted. After I was seen they harangued me for immediate cash payment in a non private location.Dr. prescribed a sterile +$265 antibiotic drop & and a steriod. Got steriod only, improving.
